Update 6 - Thoughts On Don And Saving The World

Hi

The following is in response to the updates I sent out yesterday. Don keeps feeling stronger but must be very careful as his digestive system needs to heal. We are giving him wonderful, healing food, but he wants to go home. Think it might be a bit early yet. We need prayer for contined building of his immune system, healing of digestive system, and perfect wisdom for Ingri and her advisors in the next step of his care.

Update 5B

Dear friends

As Don works steadily on recovery, one of the key members of his support group, Ingri's brother-in-law Clark, has succombed to stress-related high blood pressure. Clark and Ingri's sister Tanya have graciously provided their home and computer so Ingri could stay close to the hospital and communicate with all of us. Please add Clark to your prayers that his blood pressure will go back to normal speedily.

Update 5

Hi all

Don has had a miraculous healing. He is out of ICU, eating, and carrying on conversations. His immune system is still VERY weak so he cannot have visitors yet. Ingri insisted I talk to him to get the update from him, but asks please that people don't try to call so he can get some rest. It is all of your prayers that have healed him. I am going down to the newspaper office to work for the next three days, but will have my computer and will leave that number on my answering machine.

Update 4

Hello Friends, Family and "Fans",

I am still processing all the stress from yesterday. Many very critical decisions must be made now and Don is still very, very sick. Thankfully,
he slept horizontally last night at my insistence, and he slept fairly well from what the ICU nurse told me at 4 AM. I, on the other hand,
tossed and turned most of the night between prayer and developing a plan of action. Don is able to drink water now and he is drinking a lot -
