Hello Friends, Family and "Fans",
I am still processing all the stress from yesterday. Many very critical decisions must be made now and Don is still very, very sick. Thankfully,
he slept horizontally last night at my insistence, and he slept fairly well from what the ICU nurse told me at 4 AM. I, on the other hand,
tossed and turned most of the night between prayer and developing a plan of action. Don is able to drink water now and he is drinking a lot -
praise God! Kept filling his glass last night with alkaline water while we gave him a zapping session. He was taken off chemotherapy yesterday
afternoon due to his weakened state, sepsis, and other infections (I don't have the reports in front of me...) He literally has no immune
system. They want to put him back on chemotherapy but I told them I will not allow it until we check his labs - daily.
I have several things I want to do now to stabilize him. Thankfully I have POA and am gaining strength in interfacing with these doctors. The
on-call oncologist agreed to talk to Dr. Bill Deagle last night but I do not know if Bill called the hospital since the ER doc just gets a
recording on his phone and didn't leave a message but told me he was available to talk with Dr. Deagle if he would call the hospital. This is
huge - but only because the prognosis from their viewpoint is slim. Please keep us in your prayers. I need to continue to pray for guidance
and FOCUS right now.
Love, Ingri
PS
While I was preparing to forward this, Ingri's sister Tanya called and said Don is actually able to converse with her Yesssss!!!! Your prayers
are working! Ingri asked this morning for prayers that Don's immune system get strong enough that he can be moved to a better hospital. He is
getting oxysilver and good water and needs prayer for co-operation from the hospital in the release of lab records (again!) and that they will use
Dr. Deagle's recommended meds to boost his immune system. We need to pray for and visualize strength and healing of Don's internal organs which were ravaged by the cancerous cells. We also need prayer for the paper which we may be having to assemble without Don or Ingri. Jason, our key editor has been with the paper for 10 years but I am still a new kid on the block, so perfect guidance at our meeting today and perfectly written, already edited news is what I am visualizing. We are so grateful for all your positive energy coming to us every day. It helps us get through the day.
Thank you.
